No I dont remember that because I watched that movie when I was about 7.

Of course I remember. Do note that the "fighting is wrong" moral was heavily emphasized in the English dub when the dialogue in the Japanese version was mainly about how the Pokemon are all territorial and such.

I thought the movie was rather nice, but the ending was pretty predictable.

Holding a dump in for months? That sounds... fatal...

I heard about that. It'd be fun to watch the original Japanese cut some time to see the differences. I think the Digimon movie did the same. It was originally several completely separate OAVs.

Thanks.

Oh, it is. And if the dump doesn't get you, then the smell will.

And by "the movie" I mean your Flash.

Holding a dump for months is my specialty. Sometimes I gotta flush twice cuz...well I don't wanna get into that.

Anyway yeah the movie was kinda retarted in the end, since the main point that was stressed the entire time ended up being forgotten. Its like spending a long ass time trying to be a vegetarian...and in the end losing your memory and ordering a plate of fried chicken.

Anyway, good to see you were able to have the satisfaction of completing something. I think I'll watch the movie soon enough. Peace! ~Kenichi

Oh, a challenger for holding dumps in, ey? Well, you're on!

First one to poop looses! *Sits in my chair*
It's only a matter of time until I am victorious.

lol

Lol Indeed.

'fighting sucks ass", best line ever.

Oh man, I remember this film. Didn't it end with the power of love?

What bothers me most other than the whole "Fighting is wrong. Okay, NOW GET HIM PIKACHU!" deal is the fact that Mewtwo didn't have a problem killing as many people as he did at the beginning of the movie, resolves to kill Mew just to prove that he's the strongest sentient being in the universe, then suddenly stops and has a ridiculusly dramatic change of heart when Ash, an insignificant annoyance to him, interferes in the battle.

I also don't see how a creature that knows and feels nothing but hate and animosity toward the human race can suddenly understand the bonds of friendship and love. Sure, he would've paused to ponder over logical reasons for why everyone in the arena started crying, but being the cold, heartless bastard he was, one would've expected him to take advantage of Mew's distraction to put an end to the fight.

there are quite a few plots holes in the movie (especially in the series) to say the least. but i don't feel like counting them off right this minute.

you did a fine job dude. if you want to read some more of my input, you can read the review i left.

T3hShotgunK1ng: (I doubt you're reading this, but...) Mewtwo had a friendship before during his childhood with a young girl who was cloned from the deceased daughter of the scientist who cloned him. However, she, along with every single cloned Pokemon besides Mewtwo, died, and Mewtwo's memory was erased due to the trauma. However, it was implied that some of the memory remained.

Of course this stuff was absent from the American dub; waaaay too dark for 4Kids Entertainment. It was, however, released separately on the DVD for Return of Mewtwo as "The Uncut Origin of Mewtwo".

...Yes, I know all this. I used to be a huge Pokemon and a bit of that still lingers within me.

If Mewtwo was a genius, how did he not know of the hundred other legendary pokemon out there that can woop his ass?
If he would have actually killed mew, then his reign would have been short lived anyways.

heheh, i know, i used to be a fan too in my younger days (better Pokemon than Beyblade or, God forbid, Yu-Gi-Oh!). the thing is, the American version made it look as though Mewtwo had no human contact or positive feelings before his escape from the cloning center whatsoever. he was made out to be just a very, very angry test tube baby with freakishly awesome powers of manipulating energy and matter with his mind. i'm more or less critiquing the series from the American standpoint, where some finer and darker points of the storyline have been cut out, leaving some noticeable plot holes. the only people who would know the whole story are the ones who have actually watched the Japanese dubs and the uncut versions.

but anyway yeah, those have been things that have always bugged me. even after watching the uncut stuff, it still bugs me that such huge chunks would be cut out of the story, even though i completely understand and sympathize with why it was removed from the American releases. i guess i just don't like inconsistent or incomplete stories.

and don't feel bad for being a fan, you're not alone, trust me on that lol
i think i still have my old cards lying around somewhere...

remember, forever and always this fact will stand: Pokemon > Yu-Gi-Oh

Ahhh... Good ol' animation constipation. I've had quite a bit of that. I find that releasing a short every now and then cleans out the bowels relatively well - Kind of like an animation laxative. I really enjoyed your movie by the way, although I wish I could remember that first Pokemon movie...

Consequently, I think I'm going to go take a real dump right now.

Good job with that lol
"Fighting sucks ass....."

originally there were supposed to be only and ONLY 150 pokemon in the series not counting Mew. Mewtwo was the pinnacle of strength in the pokemon hierarchy next to Mew. the 100+ legendary pokemon plus all the new ones that have been appearing are merely gimmicks to keep the franchise alive that were proposed after the movie came out, which pretty much defeats the purpose of the phrase "Gotta catch 'em all" and irritates me because of how all the newer monsters obviously exist only to provide fans with more cards. it's almost as irritating as trying to count just how many times Goku (and everyone else for that matter) died and came back in DBZ and GT, somehow matched with a stronger and more dastardly, bastardly evil opponent who has some other harebrained scheme aiming to annihilate mankind and destroy Earth in an overly-dramatic and exagerrated way, only to find that both he and Goku die in an explosion of energy 50 episodes later and that someone conveniently has the dragonballs to bring him back. again.

awsome very funny

lol dude if you sold shirts that had that photo of ash in the front and under it it said "fighting sucks ass" i would buy it in a heart beat
